Our annual photography exhibit this year features Michael Rutland's series "Reflections of Belleville". Michael is an artist who works in many mediums. He draws, sculpts, is a photographer, designer and film maker. He has received grants from the Canadian Council for the Arts and other fundraising groups to work and study outside of Canada, in New York City, Germany and Scotland. Michael Rutland is well known in Belleville for "Children of Hope" a sculpture which he designed to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Rotary International, you can see "Children of Hope" at the corner of Pinnacle and Front in Belleville.
