Experiece the beautiful light sculptures of Joanne Rich, all lamps are either use hand made paper or Japanese tissue, Joanne began making light sculptures because she wanted to create something unique or organic. In a world where most products roll off molds, Joanne feels it is important to keep her sculptures free flowing, random and spontaneous. For a natural focus, Joanne used organic materials such as bent reed, handmade paper extracted from wild and garden plants and found objects such as leaves and feathers. With this process, the light diffuses through her sculptures in a much more natural way, highlighting all those wonderful imperfections found in the materials nature creates.
