Let the painting begin!

by Gallery Artplus Administrator 30. March 2010 19:56

The painting has begun! Here at the gallery we converted our back left quadrant of the gallery into a painting classroom for the weekend.  Our teacher for the 4 sessions is Bruce St. Clair. Bruce is a master painter and seasoned mentor, with much to impart. Although new to our community, Bruce has been painting and exhibiting professionally for over 40 years and teaching for over 20. He has definitely learned a couple things along the way. The group we have is very keen on learning from Mr. St. Clair. In the next 2 sessions things will get messy as the group conquere their canvases. The classes continue until April 11th If you are interested in our painting classes please call 613 961 1977 x 231 for more information. We are currently scheduling classes for the summer.

It was a lot of fun hosting the painting classes and having Bruce St. Clair as our teacher. Can't wait for the next set of classes. P.S: Got to love Ivan Unwin's paintings in the backgroundSmile

I just discovered your website on yahoo and see that you've got some excellent thoughts in this post. I specifically appreciate the way you've been able to stick so considerably thought into a relatively short submit (comparitively) which creates it an thoughtful publish on your subject. In my opinion, you could have presented the topic in a really thorough yet concise manner, that is actually useful when someone wants to get the facts with no spending too very much time searching the Internet and sifting out the noise to locate the answers to their questions. So a lot of of the effects on search engines are just unintelligible junk, it's nice to see a publish that creates sense. If you don't mind I'm going to add this article and your blog to my delicious favorites so I can share it with my family. I appear forward to coming back to read your future posts also.

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

I wish more people would write blogs like this that are actually helpful to read.  With all the rubbish floating around on the web, it is refreshing to read a blog like yours instead.
