Doug Johnson is a photographer living and working in PEC, forty years ago when Doug was traveling through Europe he was inspired by the magic of photography. Doug set out with his father's Ansco bellows camera and has never looked back since. Impressed with how he could transform reality into timeless images through, lighting, composition and chance moments, Doug has made photography a part of his life. Doug has a passion for street photography and is inspired by photograpahers, Cartier- Bresson and Kertesz. Doug says, by "capturing the fleeting moments of reality I feel I am adding importance to the ordinary and value our day to day life."
